Document-based approach
TopTeam OneView documents offer a document-centered development approach. In addition to familiar word processing functions, all project content can be integrated into documents, edited and reviewed.
To edit content together, it can be commented on, e.g. texts, tables or graphics, and exchanged directly with project participants. Successful changes are highlighted in color and provide an immediate overview.
The review process integrated into the OneView documents eliminates the need for cumbersome printing and signing of documents and has already been approved several times by well-known named bodies.
Test Management
TopTeam is the only ALM system to offer a function for specifying an interactive system with the help of use cases. These use cases often contain the corresponding requirements, which can be derived from the use cases in TopTeam. Use cases created in this way can be used to automatically generate test cases.
Traceability
TopTeam offers numerous innovative and useful supports for the important topic of traceability. For example, project-specific traceability rulesets can be defined, which graphically show at any time which mandatory or optional traces between, for example, requirements or the associated test cases already exist or do not exist. TopTeam displays missing links directly in the graphic.

Diagrams
TopTeam offers a wide range of diagram types for a clear presentation of complex development projects. In addition to UML and SysML, the BPMN 2.0 standard and mockups are also supported.
All diagram types are provided by TopTeam without having to use any extensions or third-party tools. This means that new data elements can be created from all diagrams via a button and linked in the graphic. This allows a dynamic system overview to be created with which a user can navigate through the system. Or tasks for the project participants can be derived from a mind map created jointly in KickOff or new requirements can be created from it.
Agile working
The integrated Kanban Board makes it possible to dynamically manage all information created in a TopTeam project in a Canban Board, regardless of whether it is a ticket from Jira or the requirements from the specifications.
Risk management
TopTeam also includes risk management, whether FMEA, FUSE or classic ISO14971. FMEA and FUSE are already available in the basic installation and can be used in all projects. The data for the risk analysis can be easily edited and released. The frequently required risk table can also be customized and exported as Excel.
